Over billing is a give at Charter. The sale people tell you one price and then charge you another. THEY ARE PAID A COMMISSION ON WHAT AND HOW MUCH THEY SELL YOU. The hight your bill the more the salesman put in his pocket. Hey, if this was not a big proble with Charter whay would they have to pay people to montor all the differ web sites and THEN promise to help you with the problem? Eric, Umatter2Chater.com how far from the truth is that. You were a person who trained new hires at Charter now they have you holding hands with pissed out subscribers. You know and I know Charter cares not for is subscribers or its empolyees. Chater know that it can hire new employees and bait and switch people into becoming new subscribers. Give St. Louis a break and sell the area to another cable provider.
