Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In 2008, I contact CHASE Bank to ask for help in paying their HIGH interest credit card. They made me feel like I was an idiot and the told me that they had nothing to help me. This was in June. The credit card interest and fees built up so high I could not pay them thusly falling far behind in payments.

Instead of listening and helping, they decided that they were going to make my life a living h*ll. They sent me to collections without telling me, now they garnished my wages.........of which is putting me into a further bind. Why is CHASE being a monster? Do they want blood?

Don't they understand that they are causing more problems for the hard working people of the world. Now they are threatening me with arrest! This has to stop. Never EVER do business with CHASE bank for any reason. Avoid them like a person with SWINE flu because they are SWINE. Someone has to make them pay for all the harm they are causing. Isn't it time?

Come on dude. All Chase wants is what you agreed to when you got, activated and starting using your credit card, which is for you to pay your bill. If you cant pay it, then try to work out an arrangement. If you cant work out an arrangement and really cant afford to pay the debt, then file chapter 7 bankruptcy.

""They sent me to collections without telling me, now they garnished my wages.........of which is putting me into a further bind."" Since you're in Illinois, this means that you were sucessfully SUED for the debt and the court ordered the wage garnishment to compell you to satisfy the judgment. If you're being threatened with arrest, then there must be some aspect of the judgment that you are not complying with. We don't have debtor's prison. We don't send folks to jail for owing money, but we do send folks to jail for "contempt of court" when they don't comply with court orders.

somehow chase MADE YOU make all the initial charges which in turn lead to all the interest you pay? I don't really see the rip off. YOU made the charges. No charges/balance = no interest payments and late fees for missing payments.
