Tequila @ Chase faxed a copy of the endorsed check this morning, 10-27-08. American Mercury endorsed the check on 10-24-08 and failed to apply the h*o premium to my renewal. It was a batch check (more than one account), but it was American Mercury that dropped the ball. Kudos go to Tequila who took the time to conference call American Mercury billing department, myself and Tequila. Once the monies are posted by American Mercury, I will receive a refund. Thanks, Kathey

Well, it was a battle to have Chase Home Finance, LLC pay the MUD taxes, NOW CHASE HAS FAILED TO PAY THE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. I received two notices from my homeowners insurance carrier, American Mercury, that payment for renewal term has yet to be paid. On the Chase website, and my statement, payment of $1,424.00 was deducted from ESCROW and allegedly paid to American Mercury on 10-6-08. My homeowners insurance expires 12:01 AM on Monday, October 27, 2008. I called American Mercury today, Saturday, October 25, 2008, and was advised that NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED for the renewal term. I CHARGED MY Homeowners renewal premium to my CHASE VISA on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 5:35PM in order to secure coverage without a LAPSE IN COVERAGE. Chase Home Finance, has FAILED its fiduciary responsibilities for failure to pay the homeowners insurance from ESCROW. The mortgage servicing arm of Chase Home Finance is a DISGRACE!! Sincerely, Kathey
