Cheaptickets 2 years to save for a vacation and 10 min later cheeptickets steals it On The Net So Everywhere Garland, Texas
Just a warning to stay away from this vacation vampire.
I like alot of people have a tight budget and this is no exception so I found cheapist prices from Cheeptickets or so I thought.
I bought my tickets over the net and everything seemed smooth but when I checked my confermation letter I noticed it wasnt right , times and dates both wrong.
I thought it was a simple mistake but after trying to get some help over the net with no luck I called the help number and after 3 hours I found out that I was going to have to purchase new tickets. They were going to charge me to change the dates to the original correct date and charge me all kinds of fees for a total of more than the orginal cost of my tickets.
Cheeptickets has been rude and not helpful , they told me that they would have to open a investigation and I would have to be patient but they assured me that it would be resolved one way or another. Guess what its been almost a year now and they havnt done anything. And I dont think they will.
