Check Into Cash online services misrepresents their services to provide payday loans by gathering potential customers personal information and telling them that they have been approved for a loan. The potential customer is then required to send in personal information (most recent check stub) whereby the customer is denied loan services.
The initial denial is through Veritech (an Illinois State verification service) which informs the potential customer that their denial is based on the information that is provided by Check Into Cash. The cycle continues where representatives tell you to resubmit new personal information wait 5 minutes to 1 hour and then reapply for a loan. The loan is again denied and the cycle repeats. Each time the site states to call customer service for more information. Check Into Cash online as a final resort suggests you try their store locations since this is a different division.
Check Into Cash website has password issues where each time your loan is denied you can no longer access your account. The representative only suggest that you might have entered an incorrect password because it is case sensitive but this happens every time the loan is denied.
Check Into Cash online is a ripoff because they gather your personal information without provding the promised service. The only thing you will do after the initial denial is be greeted with several disclaimers to allow Check Into Cash online to
- contact you at work
- share your information with other
- get sales and promotions regarding their product
All of these you can accept or deny.
Finally, Check Into Cash online is affilaited with Loan by Phone 201 Keith St. SW Suite 80 Cleveland, TN 37311. So while you first submit information to Check Into Cash online and use their website you will be directed on future calls and emails to Loan by Phone. Use the store locations in the state of Illinois as the online Check Into Cash is unreliable. They also will not close your account or remove it (they say it is a state law that says the cannot) and you have to request them to flag your account as fraud to prevent further activity to secure your account. This also seems like a ripoff.
