partial payment of restitution for the above-captioned fraudulent check(s) has been received.
however, you have failed to abide by the terms of the payment plan to which you agreed. A Civil and/ or Criminal warrant is now in process in the state of missouri. You must contact this office immediately and a minimum payment of 100.00 must be received by 10/04/07 in order to suspend this action.

this is what i received today. lol. ever since i saw this company on the ripoff report. i have just avoided them. but they did get my first payment unfortionately. they had me terrified i was going to jail for check fraud. i have not called anyone at the state yet. i called a newspaper in tn. and they did a report on them. they said its a joke. don't send them money. so email me. with cpb in the subject line. and i will send you the latest harrassing voicemails i have. there great. if anyone wants to go after this company, please contact me. im ready. they call all the time. and send me letters all the time.
