I rented books on August 17th for five classes with a 4-7 day guarantee.  I received two good books, one non-readable, one without the required material, and one not received.  Live chatted with them on 8-20 and 8-25 and was told by supervisors both times that they were going to be overnighted:  a replacement art book with the required materials, a micro lab manual, and a replacement psych book.  Today, 8-28 I chatted with them again and now I'm suppose to get them Monday.  I have wasted about 4-5 hours chatting with Lisa, Ira, Roley, and Sarah.  I have an assignment due tomorrow at midnight and I have one due Monday at 8 am.  I would not use this company to get books for college.  I was lied to three times and I still haven't gotten my books.  I don't have the money to go buy other books somewhere else while I wait for a credit if I send them back.  In all my years obtaining college credits I've never encountered anything like this.  Terrible customer service and follow through.  I printed two of the chats-the first one I took them on their word.  I'm going to make copies of the chats and try to find the address of their corporate offices and I'm going to send them along with a letter.  I would not recommend this service to anyone.  Does anyone know of a better business to deal with?
