Cheryl R Susen several hundered dollas damage and moved out of lease with no notice two months early Erving Massachusetts
Mrs Susen was a tenant of my boyfriends. She was purposley distructive to propery and caused several hundered dollars in damages. She viotalated her lease by moving 2 months early with no notice. He pays for heat and lights, she purposley set thermostats over 80 and turned all lights on for days before we had known she moved. The house was left extremly dirty and smelled of cat urine. She drilled holes through his hardwood floor and removed all smoke detectors. She also caused a fire hazzard by putting 100 watt bulbs in his track lighting. I don't want this to happen to another landlord.

Here are some of the damages Cheryl caused. 2 Smoke detectors missing, gum all over hardwood floor, holes drilled in floor, cat urine stains on floor and rugs, refrigerator door slats broken off,marker and scratches on walls 2 fans missing,oven burner plates ruined. Because Pete pays heat and lights she closed all windows and set thermostats over 80 and turned all lights on including outside lights and basement ones. She kept these on for a few days before notifing us that she was out.She also removed the 40 watt special bulbs out of track lighting and put in 100 watt bulbs which caused a fire hazzard.These are only some of the things that she did. The filth and disgusting thing would take to long to list.
