august 2020 I purchased these shoes but were the wrong sz so I sent them back, I wanted a bigger sz. I have tracking number and it was delivered back to them. sense then I've been sending emails with copy of receipt and I've had 3 responses and it's always the same thing. they claim to have never received the shoes to the warehouse but its a po box at a post office. post office said they pick up all packages. 5 months and nothing no communication
