Child Protective Services They took our son for neglect and child pornograghy,and the police has no supporting evidence at all!!It's been nearly 3 weeks since they have our son. Dallas Texas
CPS has no proof of the false allegations that were made against me and my sons mother. The police took everything from my home and has it in the written statements that there is no proof!But yet CPS is still holding my child in foster care and it has been nearly 3 weeks. We need help!!!! My son has the worse case of diaper rash and is sick. They are not taking care of my son!! Here's a letter that I wrote to consumer affairs, and they are no help at all!!!

My name is Senrick Wilkerson, and I am emailing you this letter to inform you that CPS is not handling my our case fairly. My son was removed from my homw because there was a warrant issued against me and my girlfriend Terri Jennings on September 4, 2008, and my home was raided on September 7, 2008. The criminal case pending against us are false and we have yet to have a court date. The police took computers from my home and has failed to find any evidence supporting the charges of child pornography! It states in the report that Terri and I must have purchased a new computer, so I took it upon myself to go to Renta Center and get a print out of the computer that I purchased just a year ago. Its the same computer and I will hand that over to my CPS attorney tomorrow. aTo my understanding CPS does not want our child but they will not do a home visit to my sisters home and its been 2 weeks now! The case worker Carrie Wright has stated that my sister has food stamp fraud, and thats there is a hold up. My sister went to the welfare office and there's no such case on her at all. CPS has gone as far as tell me that they have looked me up and noted that I make over $183,000 per year,and asked me over and over about what cars that are registrated in my name. That has nothing to do with us getting my child back! CPS has an attorney for my son, and she will not return any calls to my lawyer or my girlfriends lawyer. My son has a very bad diaper rash and he is not doing well with the CPS foster care people at all. They are not doing anything that they are supposed to do and my son is only 15 months old. Terri' and I know who called CPS on us and told them all those false things. I do not trust that CPS is handling our situation the way should. My son should be home with us because we got arrested and they should have concrete evidence before the removal of a child! They have no such evidence and we have complied with what they have asked. The police are trying to prove that there was child pornography going, took all of our computers and had an expert to clean out our modems, and found absolutely nothing! Our court date is Friday September 19, at 8:30am. They are trying to keep our son away from us because the police have no evidence on the charges that we were arrested on. I was home along with my son Airic, and his mom was out of town visiting friends. I gave CPS my sisters number so that they could contact her and get my son to her mmediately. Not once did they call here. My sister called them and also went to the first meeting with us to see the case worker Carrie Wright. They are not doing their job!!! My sister has a copy of the report from the welfare office stating that there are no such charges on her of food stamp fraud inwhich Carrie Wright gave reason for the delay. I set up a meeting with the case worker Carrie Wright to come over and visit my home just so she would see how well my son is safe and free from harm, on this past Monday. I showed her my bank statements from the past six months since she said I made over $183,000 per year. My sisters jaguar has been parked outside my home for months and she questioned me about who owned the car and what cars did I have in my name. What does that have to do with the false charges against me and Airic's mother? My sister Charolette Holland was arrested on an old traffic ticket from late 1994, about 2 or 3 months ago and Carrie said that it's not the reason why they are being held up on getting my son to my sisters and out of foster care. My son does not belong there!!!! CPS is doing a horrible job at trying to ruin my son of 15 months old. They only danger that he was in was when the police busted down my door and held guns in his face!!! If I had a warrant issed on the 4th, why would CPS wait until 3 days later to come and investigate my home for such charges and remove him since the rumors were so cruel? It was all a set up by a Brandie Mathis/Glasco/Kent because she is a good friend of the vice police in Dallas whose names are Ray Martinez and Michael Mcmurray. I need your help because CPS is ruining my sons life already. We thought that CPS has to have concrete evidence in order to remove your child. Anyone can call in and makeup some false accusastions on thet next person, and here's CPS running in to remove your child. They have the police report from the warrant and they have read that there's no evidence anywhere to support the reasons for them to not return my son home where he belongs. WOW really though.

In regards to the previous comment posted by the lady having problems with CPS, I would like to say that I am sorry for your troubles, but please understand that I am not the one that is a bad mother. I have known these idiots for a while and yes got into a lot of trouble because of them. I do not associate with ANY of the people I used to and have completely changed my life around, and I have had my children with me so all of the lies that Sen and Terri feel like they need to say, are just that....lies. Yes i did have his name tattooed on my when me and him we together, but when he came home with this little girl Terri, i bounced and let them be where they were. As of now, Senrick is still in Dallas County jail because he has filed an appeal to his CASES to try and get off for what he did to the victim in this case. Terri plead guilty to these charges and got 5 years probation. HMMM.....seems kinda strange for Terri to be so adamant about saying that she and Senrick did not do any of this and then turn around and plead guilty to all charges and take 5 YEARS probation. I do feel for the kids and Terri went and had another baby after the little boy she has with Senrick. Now thats just sad when you know what you are facing and you bring another innocent life in this world. As for this situation, if anyone has doubt in their minds as to the validity of my words, feel free to contact me personally and I have plenty of solid proof that has been used by DPD in the convictions of both of these people. To everyone involved in this case! Wow, all of you are so busy talking crap to each other that it sounds to me like these children need protection from all of you! I have been getting screwed by CPS/DCF here in Cincinnati, Ohio for 19 months and i have been fighting to get my children back for every day of this! But, all of you are acting like 2 year olds and it makes me very sad by the way you all are acting that any of you may have anything to do with what happens to these children! I am angry and mad about what CPS has said and lied about but GOD, i don't act like this! So Sad!!!!! Grow up -A mom fed up!

If you take care of your kids, then why was the one taken away for a month? Sounds like you a re a welfare crack baby, that produces the next gen of the same product. The police don't just up and accuse anyone of kiddie porn. You clearly had done something or possessed something that raised flags. I work with some high powered people myself and just want to thank you for posting your names, I will make sure that there is further investigations done since there is a record of child abuse, sexual abuse and prostitution. The intent of this response is not retry the case.
Senrick Wilkerson has been convicted of Sexual Assault Child and Sexual Perform Child Employee/Induce/Authorize. All other charges were dismissed.
He denied the charges and has hired a very high profile appellant attorney to appeal the conviction.
The sexual assault conviction was based solely on the testimony of alleged victim and without any legal standard evidence such as DNA or a rape kit. The DA decided to file the charges two years after the alleged rape and the incident was not part of the initial police report. The alleged victim has a legal history and her credibility is an issue.
There are several major trial competency issues with Senrick trial attorney that developed during the trail that questioned his attorneys ability to try sexual related cases. Senrick is exploring legal options and is in the process of notifying the appropriate authorities.
His child has been returned to his family.

SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Well I am Brandi Glasco and to set the record straight, I had nothing to do with what happened to this low life pimp. I was not even around when this happened and they should have too the kids and kept them because this dude is a pimp and has been since at least 2004.
That's probably why he got convicted for 8 years for raping and pimpin children!! He is currently in the Dallas County jail for about 6 different felonies. If you dont believe me, you can look it up yourself at dallascounty.org and I have copied and pasted what i found about him on jailbase.com. Terri Jennings is his prostitute as well as his kids mom and she was first his prostitute in June of 2005, 2 week after she turned 17. He was 35!!!! So lets get the facts straight before we go trying to bask peoples name on the net!!! He ahs accussed me of something i had nothing to do with and that can be considered slander and libel. Everything I say is true and has solid proof to back it up.
