Complaint Review: Child Protective Services - NEW BRAUNFELS Texas

To every loving mother who has had an encounter with Thisbe Rosales CPS. 

I hope my report helps those children that have been victims of CPS taken away from there home  wrongfully.

Mrs Rosales came to my house with a police I was then feeding my 1 yr old she failed to put that in the report. She told me I was not to be left alone with my children, and had to have some one there to watch me until she did her investigation I showed her proof of just about everything however she failed to put that in the report. I have a teenager I have an abusive x husband who I have police reports and a protective order on. She failed to put that in the report. She also wrote the dates of 2011 on my 30 investigation already accusing me of a child abuser I told her I have a family lawyer who is going to look into this she showed no care to what she was witnessing - me feeding the baby - me tending to my teenagers needs - she wanted to hurry up and leave because I told her there is no abuse I am there mother my girls come from a loving home I enjoy every moment with them and felt no need to express my relationship with a stranger who was there to assume I abuse my children. over 30 days- My lawyer had an extension for the day in court with out proper service he and I spoke to Barbara Slaven the attorney at ad-litem I had then invited her out to my parents house to visit the children. my teen was in an accdent that I needed to have my parents help care for there grandchildren- I was already making a move back to san antonio because my daughter needed special care. I called the complaint line as to find out where this case was it was over 30 days no word from CPS.  Until my lawyer recieved a court hearing it arrived via email- this is a big deal -Thisbe Rosales had contacted my brother/sister/ mother/father/x husband/my x bf of 6 yrs who we went our own ways she accused him of being my 1 yr olds father . I never stated He was her father. She twisted words from all my family my parents told her we had a lawyer and left it at that.

30 days over the investigation she marched in my parents home and told me she was taking the kids she had went to court the day we had moved it to another day, I spoke to Barbara Slaven  even she confirmed she was going to walk up the file to the judge. CPS had stormed in and with out proof or evidence they stole my children.

During this time we went to court judge cathy Morris never let me or my family speak they heard CPS we had witnesses from another friend a constitutional attorney lawyer to a policeman who all are family friends of me and my girls. The Judge wanted to hear nothing of it. She however just does CPS cases so I have been told.

With out no proof- I passed a drug test but CPS still says I am a drug addict- I ve never been caught with drugs never had a problem Because I never did drugs however CPS says I have a problem and its all standard they give all parents.

I can only see my girls 2x a month for 1 hour still with no proof -

Now jennifer Whalen is my new case worker shelli nix was also - my daughter is seeing a dr and its now told she gets axiaty and shes having attachment disorder ...SHE WANTS TO COME HOME--- Why cant anyone Hear my girls?!!! This Agent does take children from loving homes and neglects the children who need them the most. Its written my daughter who is 1 they have taken baby food away from her along with milk ! She just turned 1 in april. CPS has abused my children and has taken them away with no proof with nothing they have in proving I am an unfit mother.

This be rosalas has had a civil suit against her now I have filed one so she will have two. she discriminated against me as a human being she also stated I practice the occult ?! Her report in not based on facts and my girls are suffering because of her mistake.

Please help any way you can If you have had to deal with CPS or with Thisbe Rosales Get a good Lawyer because she will lie under oath to take your children.

Expect retaliation from CPS.
