Lancaster PA Children and Youth services came today and knocked on the door because they stated that they got a complaint that the house was messy, it was. We did not want to let them in but they promised that they just wanted to look around and talk to us. They then told us that that would be back in a half hour with a judges order to take the kids for us not cooperating. So we let them in, agreed that we needed to clean and we could clean up by tomorrow, offered other places to bring the kids for a day, but they still took the kids. there was no garbage or trash it was only cluter. No other accusation and they took our three kids. Very traumatic, a lot of police who also lied, The Pen Manor Police , what liars. We told them to get off our property and leave and they tried to arrest us. So now they state that they want us to clean up the place and we can have our kids back but everything I read about them states that they use unconstitutional practices borderlining criminal and illegal behavior to steal the kids and place them in potentially dangerous foster care.
