i am an ex employee of chimney solutions and wanted everyone to know that they are at it again they changed company names once again that is 5 chimney companys for john judd and he ran all of them to the ground how many more customers have to be coned by him someone needs to stop him all together
they filled for bankruptcy in 2008 and then changed names right away to try and fool more pissed off customers/employees that them con artist's robbed

John Judds brother Bill, now the owner (in name) of Maximum Chimney in Addison(formerly Chimney Solutions) is the one who wrote this. I wouldn't want my name associated with Johns, either. However, your brother is using your name as the owner here now, because he messed his credibility up so bad. You are now listed as the owner on BBB, but you are just an umbrella, John is still running this comppany and screwing everyone he comes in contact with. As we speak he is being investigated by the following people who I have contacted

I even showed service magic what scum you are, and was told, and I qutoe "they spent 30k with us in the last year, we will not remove them"
So we know SM is scumbags who only care about money. But I know you have excons going into customers homes every day. I know you sit around and laugh about how bad you "got this guy" etc. Because John, when you screw people word gets around

I work for Chimney Solutions Inc. in Alpharetta, Ga. We have the name Chimney Solutions actually trademarked and have for 13 years. Mr. John Judd used our name without our consent. He has no relation to our company in any way shape or form. We are in no way connected. We are a member of the Advanced Better Business Bereau and have been for many years. Due to the publicity that the ripoff reports have received about Mr. John Judd it is causing our company much grief. A number of new customers are intimidated by these articles and are extremely fearfull of doing business with us. We wish that you could do anything possible to remove our name from your listings. This would include any articles that have been posted and/or could be posted in the future about this business. Once again we have, and have had, the name Chimney Solutions Inc. trademarked for 13 years and have not given permission to any person or company to use our name in anyway. We would appreciate an immediate response to this issue. Please note we are located in Alpharetta, Ga. and have never done residential work in Illinois.
