Chimney Works of Nashville - JD Little Systems Fraudlulent service paid upfront but service not performed and never returned calls Nashville, Tennessee
We had paid upfront on October 24th in the amount of $1150 for fixing and relining our chimney with a metal stainless stee version. JD Little the owner promised us ample delivery of service for the cold winter season for us to use the chimney. He kept telling us he would come to fix it the next days and were told to wait at home. He never showed up or even returned our calls in spite of him kept on telling us he would come. After that he never returned our calls or even made attempts to tell us he would refund us our money. He came once to wash the outside of the chimney with a pressure washer which I could have done for no more than $50. He took from us $1150 and never appeared again. He has a lot of complains in the better business bureau and several scam alerts of him on several sites. We thought he would be good since he kept saying he was licensed and the other chimney repair persons/ sweepers were no where his level of skills. Please help us. We have a written contract from him, his withdrawal of our check, and others if needed.
