choredaddy james phillips, sam phillips, took my deposit and did not come back to do the work. was suppose to build me a garden shed. contact him via email with him putting off come to refund me my money. Internet
I found this company using craigslist. It has his website for garden shed. website www.choredaddy.com I went to website email them to have him send me pictures of his work. He did. He ask for half of the money up front in cash to purchase the supplies. He also does landscaping and house sitting for elder and give senior discount. His website looks legit. And when he came to my home and discuss what he had to do and the reason for the cash deposit up front, seem reasonable. So, i gave him the cash deposit and had him sign the email that he send me of the work he was going to do and the amount. He came 2 weeks later place some cedar blocks out and never returned. I have contacted him via email and called the cell phone # on the website without him returning my call. I have filed a report with our local police in charlotte. I did research of my own and found a picture of maybe his daddy @ www.smoky-mountainvacation.com. He looks just like the man in the picture on the website but younger and a little heavier. I think him and his father maybe conning alot of people. Please watch out for either one of this guys, they are good at what they do ... Con people. I am still trying to get my money back. I have been calling the cell# everyday and emailing him to give me my money back. It money that i need to have back.
