it all started this afternoon when i was leaving the A & M Corsons Pool Supply Store on Val Vista and Southern in Mesa, AZ. I was restocking my pool company truck when "Chris Tedesco" yelled out his window of his White Nissan Titan "hey do you want a home theater system." And of course, ignorant me..."Ya sure, what do ya got?" He pulled into the parking space next to me and dropped his tailgate when i saw about 14-17 of these ParaMax home theater systems. All brand new...it looked completely legit. He began to explain to me that he got a shipment of them and they sent him four extras. He said they retail for "like $1600" and he showed me some magazine "confirming it". He told me ya i own Custom Audio in scottsdale, he showed me his business card and it looked legit. This guy was smooth...let me tell ya. He said "yea, i just sold two of them to a guy for $600 a peice. I continued to tell him that really i didnt really need anything and i didnt have any money...but he insisted. He said how much could you buy one for. I said $300. He said DONE. and took it out of his truck and put it in the front seat of my work truck. He then told me to go to the safeway across the street because they have an ATM (i shouldve just left with the system, without paying him because its worth almost nothing)...(i didnt have any cash). And STUPID me withdrawled $300 (luckly it wasnt more, to look on the bright side) out of my checking account and handed it over. I worked the rest of the day so excited...i was like wow im gonna make a thousand bucks off this thing. (i guess my priorities wernt that straight either haha...thats what i get for being an investor/entreprenuer) but abviously i am a really STUPID investor for that deal. I came home...looked up on the internet and craigslist. people are selling them for $150. Thats when i realized I GOT SCAMMED! Dont let this FOOL scam you either. If they or him or anyone for that matter approach you...REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE...They have done their share of scamming and its time for them to STOP! Put them away!
