Christmasdepot.com Christmas Depot RIPOFF SHAMELESS THIEVERY at the self-proclaimed No.1 Christmas store on the 'Net Bayonne New Jersey
On 3rd December 2004 I ordered one product from Christmas Depot. It was to be shipped out to the Caribbean (with the attendant high shipping charges) in time for Christmas.
I never received the product. After I called THEM and emailed over a dozen times, (many of which they chose to ignore) it turns out it was shipped to an address in New York AND that they had charged me international rates to do it. I let them know. They as much as called ME a thief and refused to give me my money back.
Circa 16th January 2005, the product was returned to them. They claim it takes 30 days to process a credit. 35 days later, I contacted THEM. They told me a credit is being processed. For the 15th time I ask them to confirm that I am getting all of my money back. They have AGAIN refused to answer.
It seems clear to me that this company (and its employees) has no regard for its customers, and that's okay for me, because I am never doing business with them ever again. But this cannot and will not stay here. It is no longer a matter of money: it is a matter of their THIEVERY and DISHONESTY. Others need to know.
