I have a 2000 dodge stratus. The car sits in a shop. The Transmission Carrier Cross pin broke and came through its case. The 2001 I heard have two metal pieces that protect this from happening. The car needs a new transmission. I can not afford it right now with two kids and being Christmas. I had to rent a car which I really couldnt afford to do. Also I have three years left to pay on this car and no warrantee. I dont even get an answer as to why Chrysler wont help. They just say we decline to help at this time. This is wrong I also heard they know there is a problem with the transmission. I cant get them to pay anything.
