Don't trust Chuck Smith. I joined his International Wealth Mastery Group; and I was ripped off for $30,000. The Mastery program was suppose to include student trips to discuss deals which never happened. He promises (2) days of training in your hometown; which turns out to be a day and a half if that. Then he disappears!!! Literally. I didn't hear from him for 9 months; then he called and gave me a BS excuse only after I called repeatedly and threatened to get a lawyer. SAVE YOUR MONEY. He joins with John Ulmer; another crook; who could care less about anyone but himself. Along with all his securities fraud, he and Chuck don't get along anymore because they're both crooks too greedy for they're own good. They fell out because of money distribution problems. Don't make the mistake I made. Chuck tried to partner up with Ken Van Liew in New York. I guess that didn't work out; because he's no longer on the website! If you don't believe me about these two crooks go to realestatecoursereviews.com and search the name Tamara Raymond. I found out she also got ripped off by these (2) crooks. Don't purchase their courses or mentoring. There is far better Real Estate Teachers out there who actually care about your progress. Hope I could be of HELP.
