Our company entered into a dedicated machine contract with CI Host on September 30, 2004. The salespersons name was Kevin Crandall. We paid CI Host on October 1, 2004 in the amount of $4000.00.

However, problems began immediately. The server was not set up by October 8 as guaranteed. Despite inquiries by our technical staff, login never was allowed by CI Host. The staff at CI Host did not give us our copy of Red Hat. Additional tapes were not provided. And backups were not provided. By October 15th, Our staff had recorded that the server was crashing on a regular basis. In short, the original server set up time was to have been 48 hours. Numerous letters and email have been sent to CI Host including directly to its president, Chris Faulkner who appears to be a crook.

Our company is over 14 years old and we have worked with many other hosting companies such as Rackspace who have been honest in their dealings. CI Host will rip you off.
