I was a victim of credit rip off. I was charged and it was supposed to be for free and got charged 79.95. Now I'm out of money for no reason at all.

You, like so many others who complain, didn't bother reading the Terms & Conditions. They very clearly indicate that you can be charged $79.95. You are not out your money for "no reason at all." You are out your money BECAUSE you didn't bother reading what you were agreeing to. From CIC Terms & Conditions: (easily found on that web site) "You may cancel at any time during the free membership period. If you wish to continue your membership in the CreditCheck Monitoring Service, do nothingyour membership will continue without interruption. The annual $79.95 fee will be charged to your credit card account and your membership will continue automatically, billable annually at the prevailing rate. Even after the free trial, our service comes with a six-month, money-back guarantee: if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you can cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of the current year's membership fee."
