I ordered 2 instock items for $72.09. after 2 weeks of no shipping info I emailed to check the status of my order. By the way the only way to get an immediate response from cigabuy is IM whch I believe is just a scripted interface where reps ultimately reply with "what the customer wants to hear" whether its is true or not. In any event, after I my inquiry I was advised that both items I ordered were not in stock as their website advertised, one back ordered & one in stock. I ased for a refund for the backordered item & a ship date for the instock item. They replied & refunded 22.59 of my purchase & said the other item would be sent immediately. After 2 weeks witout a reply with tracking I inquired again about my Yocan Punk Mod that was claimed to be "in stock" and was told "problems with supplier just wait until we get it!" I ordered an in stock item, there should be no waiting time. Anyway, I replied to cancel the item & they replied that they would cancel & refund the rest of my money. It has been a month & I still have no refund. They keep saying wait 72 hours when I ask about the remainder of my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CIGABUY.COM, THEY ARE LIARS, YOU MIGHT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, BUT IF YOU DO IT'S PROBABLY A CLONE OR KNOCK OFF.
