Cindy Morgan with www.gcrgov.com sent me the below email saying she could get me a GSA 5 year contract that would eliminate bidding for my company to receive federal government contracts. I paid $6,000 to have them take care of the paperwork for me and it would take 30 days. After 30 days everything would be approved by the GSA and federal government. Then I would have more work then I could handle. Once I gave her my credit vcard over the phone I never heard another word. No body contacted me to ask any questions about my company in order to complete any paperwork. Obviuosly I never receive any contracts or appproval to work with the federal government. This company and Cindy Morgan are a scam and you should run if you receive the same email below I received.

My name is Shawna Moore and I am the Sr. Registration specialist at GCR. I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction  with Cindy Morgan.

I see that you mention the name Holly Miller below, but I do not show a Holly Miller in our database of customers. I also do not see a complaint filed in our customer service department nor was I able to locate a complaint filed within our GSA department. I also checked with all Supervisors and Managers and still no complaint of an issue that we can resolve.

If you would contact us personally at our place of business we are here and answer/return every phone call between 8 am and 5 pm Monday - Friday. Our contact information can be found on our website and is given to all clients directly from our consultants, and multiple times again through the various emails that you receive after you have made the investment for us to process the said services.

During your conversation with our consultant you were asked a series of questions to determine if you have the prerequisites and qualifications for us to move forward with helping you. This also happens a second time from our processor in charge.

So, if you did make an investment with our firm I can assure you that we are moving forward to get you on the GSA schedule. Our processors also reach out to our clients within 24 to 48 hours, as mentioned above to make sure that you ahve the prerequisites and qualifications. 

With that being said, I am sure of one thing that did not happen on that phone call. No one would ever tell you that it would take 30 days to complete your GSA schedule. This is normally a process that can take a couple of months to accomplish. The speed of completion is based on how quick our clients provide us accurate information and how the long the Government takes to respond during each step as we submit this information on your behalf.
