CINDY NOMEE ,BRELAND CINDY NOMEE SLANDEROUS EXTORTIONIST Toronto Ontario
CINDY NOMEE also known as Cindy Breland was recently an intern worker with us for 4 months. She had been a remote and distant volunteer on the occasional pilot project over the years.
We recently had her come on board this year with hopes of training her into a full time executive administration position. We even made the preparations to have her wage and teachings subsidized. She appeared at first to be trustworthy and genuine with her potential and career goals. She basically lied to us about her skill level, work habits and ability to timely produce product. Cindy was a 'paid per project' contract type worker and we invested much time and energy into bringing her skill level up to par.
Things quickly turned ugly when Cindy was not invited to work on a project that was in a community where she wanted to visit. She showed her frustration by slandering me to other team members while I was away and than she attempted to extort more money from myself, and my small business by demanding more money for work that she already had been paid. She even insisted on money for her own 'pet graphic projects', her learning assignments. When I asked her to submit proof of her so called 'unpaid' company work, she sent me copies of my OWN GRAPHICS WORK.
After her requests for more money, I demanded 'proof' of her work, she responded by holding my partner business equipment hostage (whom had nothing to do with any of this). Needless to say, my partner lost out on ALOT OF scheduled earnings. She knew the damage she could do by taking this action. She PREFERS to damage people as opposed to finding a solution. I had agreed to give her monies she felt owed, but I merely asked for proof of her unpaid 'work'.
Cindy is to be considered dangerous to any company, and we strongly advise people to not contract this woman's services. She claims she is a professional administrator and graphic artist, however she has no formal education, no previous clients and no authentic job recommendations. Initially, we had hoped she would set up our companies accounts and assist with our corporate transitions. She failed to do so and then informed us AFTER, that she was better with graphics. We learned the hard way, after spending a short time with her that she has no tangible skills to offer a growing company. With exhaustive training, we managed to enhance her digital skills but due to OUR expertise.
If you contract her services, she will attempt to bill you at an OUTRAGEOUS rate for an insane amount of hours. Any good industry professional can provide you with similar services (if not better) at a fraction of her price and without all the head ache. If you do not comply with her demands, she will set out to destroy you and anything you have worked for. Cindy Nomee will exploit any avenue to ruin your reputation and will stop at nothing. She plays the martyr role very well and if being a sociopath was criminal, Cindy Nomee would be serving a life sentence behind bars.
This woman will steal your business contacts, slander you behind your back if you do not do what she says. If you have already tasted this woman's venom, there is no point in suing her, as she has nothing. If you ever come in contact with this woman, keep your distance and protect your dreams and hard work.
Thankfully, all our other team members and our best clients have shown their loyalty by providing me with documents and evidence on her slander. I hope the others that she has harmed or will bring harm to are as fortunate to be blessed with real good people in their network.

The Ontario Labour Board Ordered Ms Logan to pay $2865.86 in wages Scamming since 1995 -Charmaine Logan owner of Northern Styles and subsidiaries was found and ordered to pay unpaid wages and reprisal pursuant to section 102 of the Employment Standards Act 2000 . The Ontario Labour Board found in favour of her executive administrator and now ex employee. The Ontario Labour Board found Ms Logan and owner of Northern Styles in violation of wage, vacation and termination provisions of the Ontario Employment Standards Act. An ORDER had been issued to Ms Logan. To date, the employer, has neither complied with the Order, nor requested a review. I would like to clear things up with this response by Ms Logan. I was invited to come to Toronto Ontario Canada for Charmaine Logan. I uprooted my family to move there with the understanding that I was to be Executive Administrator'. No where was I told that I was to be trained or work on a volunteer basis'. She explained to me prior to moving here that she was able to pay me a wage. Ms Logan has bragged about being in business for over 10 years and was finally making money. Northern Styles has been in business since 1995. As a business woman you would think she would by know have the proper accounts set up and contracts already set up. However, she verbally (I have our conversation saved) told me I would get paid 150.00 per poster. I have completed contracts; completed FAQ's on her SMEX Models Web Page did some editing for her client. I spent many hours working and not asking for a wage from her. I spent as many as ten hours a day helping this lady. I sent this lady all what I did and asked for a mere $350.00. Only after I asked for this money, after she did a project for 1000.00, she let me go. In an email I received from her she said will file your SIN and let them know you refused to provide it Legitimate businesses get you to fill out with your SIN on the application forms or volunteer forms. Ms Logan does not have a simple payroll set up, no accounts set up no contracts drafted etc. She works under the table so she does not have to pay taxes. I submitted my resume to her before I moved to Toronto. I have a copy of her old Northern Styles Web Site with my picture with the title Executive Administrator There was no preparations in regards to wage subsidized' I never signed a contract detailing the tasks and work that had to be done. Ms Logan has neither Graphic nor Advertising degree. She has a Marketing Degree by Martech which is no longer running. Under Ontario's labour Laws is states that: Person receiving training 1. The training is similar to that which is given in a vocational school. 2. The training is for the benefit of the individual. 3. The person providing the training derives little, if any, benefit from the activity of the individual while he or she is being trained. 4. The individual does not displace employees of the person providing the training. 5. The individual is not accorded a right to become an employee of the person providing the training. 6. The individual is advised that he or she will receive no remuneration for the time that he or she spends in training. 2000, c. 41, s. 1 (2). Because I worked for this lady I had seen how see runs her businesses SHE RIPS PEOPLE OFF. Because I have exposed her she is responding to slanderous and deformation towards me. If you read what she saying: first its TRAINING then its PART TIME WORK then its VOLUNTEERING, she can't get her story straight. I should have received the following training: variety of applications; communication and advertising design, corporate, image, advertising, new media and enviromental design. Core capabilities in design principles, methods and strategies, typography, production and digital application. I was the one who explained to Ms Logan what vectoring was in Photoshop and how to upload paintbrushes. Ms Logan is finally being exposed and she does not like it. Not once have a claimed to be a certified graphic artist. I am self taught and love working with Photoshop. I have never tried to get clients because I am not certified to do so. Until I get a graphic degree I don't go around telling people that I do or be something I am not. I am however in the Office Administration Program offered by First Nations Technical Institute in partnership with St Lawrence College. This is real training and not a shame like Ms Logan
