I cancelled my account on 7/29/07 and switched to T-mobile.
and I already know in my mind that I did have the Advance Payment on my account. so I paid for the month ahead of me (which my understanding).
so on the 7/8/07 I paid for the next cycle of 7/15/07 - 8/14/07.. but I cancelled my account in the middle of it.. and they still billed me and they me to pay for it.. which I already have paid in the Advance payment system.
I called so many times.. and it's all the same.. u have to pay.. but I did pay in 1 month Advance.. aka Advance payment.. they lies and tries to make me pay for it.. always said accounding to the Terms and Conditions >> I have to notified the company 30days before I can cancelled my account?? but my 1 year contract is over already.. and they are trying to push me in paying for the 2 weeks I'm used which I already paid in Advance. they even sent me a letter if I don't pay the amount, they will put me in the collection.

2/14/06 paid $123.11 for 2 days of services, $35 activition free, and 1 month advance payment > which good for 2/15/06 > 3/14/06
3/12/06 paid for the next month for the service in advance 3/15/06-4/14/06
so on.. and on...
7/8/07 >> paid for the next month > good for 7/15/07-8/14/07
7/29/07 >> I cancelled and still get charged for the whole month that I have already paid in advance for the good of service..
Cingular/AT&T >> RIP OFF the consumers
