Cingular Wireless ripoff they are a horrible company who consistanly overcharges, lies to, and practices shady business practices. Austin Texas
Cingular Wireless tries to get you any way possible. They have yet to ever get one of my bills correct on the first try. I have been with them for almost 2 years. Also, my spouse travels occasionally and that requires that we switch our phone plan to a preferred nation plan. That is the only plan that I can get because we have phones with no "chips" so we are getting jipped and didn't even know it.
When you switch plans your minutes get prorated. Okay, fine. When we recieved the bill for that month, first of all they charged us $120.00 of incorrect roaming charges. They also said we went over our minutes by about 500 dollars worth. However, mysteriously, we had rollover minutes left the next month. Whatever.
Anyhow, they did not give us our mobile to mobile minutes either. When I called and asked about it they want to give you the runaround. I think that is the only thing they teach their customer service representatives to do is BS you into something crappier than you are already in.
Anyhow, they are a horrible company who consistanly overcharges, lies to (like a customer service rep. is ever going to call you back), and practices shady business practices. CONSUMER BEWARE.
