since filing the above report, have had more incidences with cingular, took a long time and effort to correct but for the time being i recieved a temporary patch for my woes....than i have relocated out of the market and I hear there will be a new law to change companies pretty soon.....! It's a shame though, I have comfort in being with one company for over 4yrs. proprably more seniority than some of the staff. So i am holding my breathe till these new communication laws hit the books where i can obtain more specific info about it.....i.e. having to renew contract each time a newer phone is purchased....having to pay a damage deposit for termination! We will see what the future brings....

CINGULAR CUSTOMER, I am a Sales Manager for Cingular Wireless in the California market. The most important information that I could provide you is this. Check the phone number that you called.(a.) Is it an authorized agent or (b.) Cingular Corporate phone number. In california we had problems with agents who committed fraud and mislead cuntomers. Just to make a sale. I do appologize for any inconvenience this experience has caused you. I would advise you to call the Regional Office Center for your area and file a complaint. Sincerly, Frank Concerned Rep.
