Cingular Wireless Roll Over Minute Scam ripoff business from hell Long Beach California
My Cingular statement stated I had over 4000 roll over minutes to use. Apparently, this was an error and they removed my minutes without telling me! Now I owe $600 for this month and I am over my minutes for next month.
How can they decieve me by telling me one thing and doing another (and expect me to fork out $1000 for their error!)?? I am so repulsed by the way I have been treated, however, I have over a year left with them and I guess I won't end my contract with them after reading the hundreds of stories of people being charges a lot of money for doing that.
