Cingular Wireless (Heidi Larsen) rip-off! Fraudulent billing and no notification of changes made to a 6 yr account. Rip-off! Nationwide
on August 20, I called and spoke to a young woman (initials G.S) regarding my bill. She informed me that she would be getting in touch with Methods & Procedures to find out why I didn't have nights and weekends, because I should. She advised me that someone would be contacting me in the next few business days concerning this matter.
On today (September 1, 2004) I called back because I didn't receive a phone call back concerning my bill and spoke to Jeremy W. At this time he advised me that I don't have nights and weekends, but it was still showing on the phone (primary phone) in error. I explained to him that I have always requested nights and weekend and he transferred me to Heidi Larsen who was his supervisor. Heidi began to tell me that I have not had nights and weekends since March 2004. I tried to explain to her that I have been a customer since 1999 and have always requested to keep nights and weekends.
I also told her that I was never informed that I would not have nights and weekends because I would have never agreed to such a plan. She then told me that I needed to pay attention to my bill; however I told her that every time I called they explained that I do have nights and weekends because of course it was still being posted to my primary account per their notes. She then told me that she would be removing it as of today.
When I asked her to confirm her name was Heidi she refused constantly, after going back and forth with her I then asked for her supervisor and she said she doesn't have one. I asked who did she report to and she said they were not there, she later changed her story to her supervisor no longer worked for the company. I asked her to give me a name of a supervisor and she refused. I later called back and spoke with BellSouth and got her full name.
