Cingular Wireless Ripping me off with messing with my plan without my permission!!! St. Louis Missouri
I went to Cingular store to up my plan. That's all no other changes. They eliminated a number of my features the worst one was unlimited mobile to mobile. I take dication over my other phone from a disabled man. I have had it this way for a year and never asked it to change. Now they charge me for every mobile to mobile minute!!!! Now instead of my bill for 3 phones being $300 or less, it is $2700 in only 2 months time!!! I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them, went to the store. They say they will fix it and don't. When I said I won't pay they threatened my good credit. They say I have to pay whatever they want until they credit me!!!!! I don't have the money and wouldn't give it to them if I did. The store in Des Peres, Missouri made the mistake and I have called customer service and spent hours trying to correct it. Bottomline. They did this on purpose to make money. If it wasn't on purpose, why won't they correct it? My bill always had the features they deleted and I have reported it. THEY ARE JUST RIPPING ME OFF!!!
