Circuit city does not like the 800.00 I had taken from them for not being low price, but that's what happen when you cheat the public. All I can say in your case, take them to SMALL CLAIM's COURT.

As a employee of Circuit City I will be as forthcoming as I can be. It is Unfortunite to here of all of these problems, and as computer sales counselor, that customer is completely correct.
Our extended service policy, Formally known as "Computer Support Plus" (C.S.P.), is a complete joke. I have had my job threatened serveral times for not knowing the policies, however, the management doesn't even know the policies themselves. On top of this, ive seen favoritisms countless times on this policy for freinds and employees of the managment.
I just want to apologize to all of my former customers for the problems i have caused you and your familys. What i encourage any one of you to do is request the C.S.P. handbook at your local CCity and memorize it. Then return and quiz the sales counselor and/or even the managment. This will support my
comments in its entirity. Im tired of having my job threatened for fighting for my customers rights.
(P.S. in case you were wondering, i've tried to call H.R. for these and other circumstances, only to be ignored, and /or threatened.) All my co workers are exteremily imtimdated under these circustances.

We at C.C. have never been told to lie. I for one believe a truthful sale is the only sale. If whoever told you that it was probably just to make you go away. I am very sorry this happened did you contact the store because from there thay have a direct line to the tampa service center.
My brother had an Epson 400 printer brake on him. He proceeded to call G.E. they troubleshooted the printer. An half hour later they said "its broke we will send you out one" About four days later he received a new a replacement but an upgrade as
well. If you would have been my customer I would have taken care of you.
