this is to the remark about the computer problem i have tried the manufacturer and they told me to contact circuit city.because of the date of the incident i talked with 5 different people about the problem at circuit city.then they tell me to contact the manufacturer again. i did, when i called the hotline for circuit city they put me through to a guy that i have already talked to at the local store it is just a runaround. i have been in the retail business for over 25 years even owned my own business.i worked at walmart as a support mgr.so i know the ends and outs of policy.stores can be opened by people and can be closed by people.and i know circuit city is a big business as well as walmart.but customer service is just out the door. you know they always said that the customer is always right.but of course i don't always beleive that either all the time.i just hate to pay 1500.00 for something that does not work properly.what really upset me is when i told them about the keyboard not working they admitted it and said that he would talk with the manager about it.he did and told me that they were no going to do anything about it and told me to have good day.i give up. but i will not buy anything from circuit city. when you buy something you had better drill evey aspect of what you are purchasing. i have learned alot.sincerly jonathan

If the computer broke within 14 days, it was probably still under warranty by the manufacturer. Have you tried contacting them? There is probably information on this that came with the computer.
