I called FNAB (citcuit city financing) yesterday and spoke directly with a supervisor. I finally got some FANTASTIC customer service. He was very knowledgeable as to what was going on and very considerate. Unlike the grunt that I talked to earlier that day. All finance charges were removed from my account from the 'additional cable purchase' that I made the same day that I bought my laptop. I explained how I was told that my entire purchase was going to be interest free when I bought the items. No questions asked...refund. The refund was only a few dollars, but it was the principle of what was going on. We are still working on a returned check fee that I was charged. Circuit city said my check was lost....i cancel check...next day FNAB posts it to my account... Thank you MARK @ FNAB/Circuit city financing.
