Dude it is totally a scam. When CC isnt busy raping puppies it gives people a chance to get free money. They make sure that when you go to the site "it came up with different surveys that one never came up". They also make sure that A: your computer has spyware that makes java not work right, B:that you have to copy a code (we all know how typing letters is hard) or B:that you cant notice the survery (we hide it with words such as "CIRCUIT CITY" and "SURVEY", I mean really, WTF is that supposed to be?!) You should go on the internet and complain. That will get you the free $2000 that you are entitled to.

The survey is quite long, about 30 questions. It changes the wording of the question each time. It's possible you did not finish the survey, or did not enter your information in correctly. Make sure you have javascript enabled, and nothing is interferring with the pages loading. At the very end of the survey it should ask for your code. I guess it could be a secret scam but... you're not paying money to take the survey, and you're given a chance of winning money, so.

it is not a scam to ask customers to fill out a survey. it tracks customer service and the store is actually graded on those comments.
