You mean in the mere period of two days (the time between your original report and your "update"), you managed to contact all of those consumer protection agencies, get GE to agree to fix your computer, AND receive the repair services you so desired??? Methinks you may have jumped the gun a little in filing your complaint. It seems as though GE fixed the problem willingly and effectively. If 2 days is too long of a wait for you, then you should not have purchased the warranty. It is NOT instantaneous. You cannot simply snap your fingers and have a computer-geek at your door with the necessary parts and knowledge to fix your computer. May I suggest that next time you relax, follow the procedure, and allow a couple days to see your problem resolved? It is not rocket science, my friend ...

On 12/23/03 I received a new floppy drive from GE Zurich. I am grateful for the company holding up their end of the warranty agreement. In order to get the repairs done though I had to contact the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, my state Representatives and numerous calls to Circuit City. Again I am grateful for the repairs GE Zurich made to the floppy. Sincerely,
