CircuitMicro.com ripoff terrible service Lake Forest California
On 2/20, I ordered a stereo receiver thru Amazon.com from CircuitMicro. A day later I had yet to hear about any deliveries/etc so I tried contacting them. I had no luck. At that point, I noticed at Amazon.com that they had received terrible reviews.
On 2/28, I cancelled my order with Randy. He said I would receive an email confirmation. A week later I have not seen or heard about any order cancellation. I've attempted to call them dozens of times and no one answers the phone. Per the Amazon website, delivery was slated for 3/7 and that was yesterday. I have no idea if my order is cancelled or still being shipped. My account has not been refunded either. I've submitted a report w/the Better Business Bureau as well. I've also contacted Amazon for help and I have to wait two more days before they can do anything.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CUSTOMER!
