I open an acount with them back in April of 2006 and I decided to cancel it. I emailed them several times that I changed my mind because I did not have enough funds to cover the transaction. They continued to debit my account three times on the third time it was paid . It cost me $90 only to pay $39.95 on top of it. All they had to do is wait until the first. I could never talk to a real person even my bank did not have a number for them. What kind of customer service is that. reguardless if you cancel or not they are still going to charge you $39.95 for submitting the application' and all they want to offer is store credit. What can you purchase for 40 dollars. All I want them to do is close my account. I dont want to deal with a business that dont have a phone number or customer service department. They dont process their emails until two to four weeks latter, that is ridiculous. I will never use them again and I will tell my friends not to use them. They are a rip off. Once you submit an application you will pay the fee even if you decide to cancel your application.
