Citi Dividen Platinum Select Card ripoff increased interest rates by 240% in one month rate is 27.99% Stuck with the interest rate which has more than doubled our monthly payments. The Lakes Nevada
We were late on a payment in June 2003. Interest rate was 11.65%.
In July they increased my interest rate to 28.24% and because the interest charges and my balance put us over the limit thay assessed an overlimit-charge.
When we called the company their response is "We can do what ever we like because you live in California." We cancelled the card but right now we are stuck with the interest rate which has more than doubled our monthly payments.
