First of all I already filed to BBB and other agencies, this is a serious case, there is no need to be sarcastic, you can add your name if you have nuts.
Citibank knows its me, once again, I talked to Citibank President Office, Marylin Smith, not sure about her name is real, but her phone number is 605-731-3241 - She can help on escalates cases, i still did not have an answer, be ready to negotiate with her, so if they owe you money: ask always for more cause she will be trying to negotiate for less.
Im answering to you moron:
1- Citibank can find any excuse to close your credit card, but it is better for them to close it so you keep paying late fees and interest finance charges.
2-They can always raise interest 29.99% whenever they can, because we sign the contract.
3- FYI in order to make a payment plan, you have to owe a month or 2. That is why Citibank gave me that advice. I think you are more stupid for make nonsense comments here when you do not know anything about life. Get one first!

" I have my Citibank credit card closed with no reason "
Oh come on, I'm sure there was a reason.
" but still the bank keeps charging me 29.99% interest every months. "
There's a clue right there. The interest rate of 29.99% just happens to be their default interest rate. That would be the interest rate they charge for someone who didn't pay when they were supposed to (i.e. they defaulted). If you stiff them badly enough, you'll get the default interest rate AND they close out your card priviledges.
" i was told by a Citibank representative by the phone, to stop making payments for few months so the accounts go to collection and then make a full payment whenever I can. "
You can't be serious. I don't know which is more stupid. Someone who would give such silly advice, or someone who would think such advice is a good idea. In what universe do your credit problems get better if you just stop paying? If you're not smart enough to figure that out, you probably shouldn't have access to credit cards in the first place.
