My complaint is the same as all the other complaints on this site. Mike called and set up the scam. Then no one bothered to respond to my inquiries about ad specs. Sara, I was told, is the PR person. I have asked several times for a refund and have been refused. After several requests for a refund and denied, I filed a claim with the BBB. After that I started doing internet searches and found all sorts of reports on this company, all doing the same thing. They lie to suck you in, then don't follow through with their supposed product, then refuse refunds.
