Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This place is extremely deceptive. For starters they do their own inspections. My vehicle was clearly not inspected. 3 weeks after buying the car, I had to spend $492 to replace the tires. They ignore any requests from me so I filed a complaint with the better business burear. 3 weeks later I was informed by the better business bureau that they did not even bother to respond to the complaint. They also added on $2000 to my loan amount (which I am consulting with attorney to see what can be done). Please learn from my mistakes...stay away from this place.

So once the business responded there was a 2 week time period for a resolution. In that 2 weeks my bumper fell off (from damage that was there when I bought that car...it had worsened quite a bit) and my window motor stopped working (a $300 repair). I am not blaming them for the window motor but jus stating that for an overpriced car, I am paying a lot in repairs in only 2 months.

Prior to filing the complaint I was ignore and that upset me quite a bit. I was contacting the sales person I had dealt with. When I filed the complaint, the sales manager was notified. At first he replied with a lot of lies. In hindsight I can honestly say perhaps he did not know. Maybe he did not know I was seeking resolution and maybe the lies in his response to my complaint came from information received by the deceptive salesperson. In the end, they did reimburse me 1/2 of the cost of my tires. I know they didn't legally have to reimburse me anything. With that

With that being said, at this point I would not recommend them at this point. Only because their inspections are not accurate (if done at all) and the price of the cars don't reflect the current condition of the cars. They had wonderful customer service. I really think that if they could be a bit more accurate about the condition of their cars this could be a wonderful place to purchase cars. Hopefully something was learned from this experience.

Did I ONLY complain about the tires?!?! No I didn't! N yes if someone sales something knowing it's not in good condition AND filling out an inspection stating that it IS in good condition... It's deceptive. As I'm claiming. Perhaps you can look up the definition of deception, read my full posting and try your comment again

You go look at this car and you don't even bother to check the tires BEFORE you buy it and THAT is THEIR fault?

I'm impressed!

I recently received a response from the company via the Better Business Bureau. There were a lot of blatant lies which was just disgusting. The one thing I do want to point is out they claim the car was originally $9000. I no longer have the ad so I can not verify the price. What I do know is my car is like new condition is valued at around $7700. For that I got a car that needed brand new tires ($500), a detailing as there was old food that smelled bad in there, needed new windshield wiper blades, and has bumper damage where you can tell the vehicle was clearly in a recent car accident. All that for $9000. I would definitely say...I got ripped off and I want to ensure that other people don't!
