Claudine (Alexander) D. Leger is now employed by Options Corp.  The office that she works out of is located in Sun City Center, Fl, even though it is listed under Tampa, Fl

The telephone number for Options Corp. is 813-633-3100.  It is Claudine Leger's job to match care for elderly and ill citizens in the area in their homes.  Seniors are known to become very easy targets for poor care from caretakers in their own homes as well as in facilities.

Seniors in need of medical care should be closely monitored by family members.  If necessary they should be moved to be near or live with family members.

Too many seniors are "ripped-off" very easily by those hired to care for them.  Medicines are sometimes stolen from the seniors for the use by the caretaker.  In some cases, the medicines are sold, thereby eliminating the senior from being able to benefit from same.

Claudine Leger has a sealed record in the Hillsborough County, Tampa, Fl courthouse.  The record lists the fact that Claudine Leger made an arrangement with an old man at a facility where she worked to pay the resident one hundred dollars for his house and for his car.

When, the family found out about what Claudine Leger had done to their relative, a warrant was issued for Claudine Leger.  Before, the warrant could be placed, Claudine returned the purchase to the old man.

The old man was subsequently removed from that ALF Benton House, Sun City Center aka Belvedere Commons to another facility, where he passed away.

Under the management of Claudine Leger, Sun City Retirement Residence was reported to the State of Florida by family members of two residents.  The department in charge of evaluations for senior care facilities sent inspectors from ACHA on a Friday night in 2008, October to extensively go over the building.

The inspectors interviewed staff, residents and family members and included their diligent observations in their 22-page report to the state.  Immediate demands were given to Claudine Leger to begin to clean the facility up and to begin to take better care of the residents in her care.

Claudine Leger was known to request continual services from the local ambulance service to pick up residents from the facility and transfer them to the hospital for a BAKER ACT.  Residents would go to bed hungry.  Residents would wander in the rooms wearing wet pull-ups.  Roaches were running around in the kitchen covering the floor with their droppings.

Claudine Leger is now blogging to tell people how qualified she is to take care of the elderly.  She is not.  She is a very scarey person, who should never be left alone with any vulnerable senior citizen.

Do you have nothing better to do at 5:45 AM on New Years Eve then to write false statements about someone you obviously do not know?

As mentioned to you previously, yes I did work for Options Corp. in Sun City Center from 2005-2007, they were listed in Tampa, because they had an office there, however they relocated to Sun City Center. I'm not sure who you are getting your information from, but they are about 3-years off on this one. And, it wasn't my job to match caregivers to the elderly, that was the coordinators position, I was the Administrator/Branch Manager of that company.

You keep making up all these lies and saying I "ripped" you off? How exactly did I do that to you? The prices are what they are in home health and assisted living---but, you don't mention anything about prices. You are using this site to slander my name and reputation. You obviously have a big problem with me, don't take it out on my work and my career-I have a family to support and would never do anything to jeopardize my family and our livelihood.

I work very hard to protect seniors and their rights. I do not appreciate you insinuating that I take advantage of them and deprive them of lives necessities.

And for the last time, I do not have a sealed record in Hillsborough County or any other County. Once again, you mention this old-man and his house and car...I have explained that in great length in your first complaint. There was no warrant issued for my arrest in anything remotely related to this fictitious story you have concocted.

And, yes families complain about facilities, and the state inspects them-that is there job, many things are unfounded and sometimes the state sites areas for improvement, if the state thought the facility was as bad as you are making it sound or if they thought I was unqualified to run it, then they would have done something more about it. I know the October incident you are speaking of and yes the facility was found to be out of compliance in some areas, we were given 30-days to correct those few areas and then they came out to re-inspect the facility and all corrections had been made. For you to know this piece of detailed information, I am pretty confident I know who you are-but I will not name names, I will wait for the Arizona Courts to confirm my suspicions. And then, I will make sure you are prosecuted in the Florida Courts for slander and deformation of character.

In the 6-years I have been an Administrator in the State of Florida, I have only had 3-residence ever get Baker Acted-and for your information, I cannot legally Baker Act anyone-it has to be signed by a Doctor, Judge or Law Enforcement Officer. I do not have that right in my position.

No residents ever went to bed hungry, unless it was their choice not to eat. Snacks which included fresh fruit, cookies, crackers and beverages were available around the clock and in addition to the residents 3-meals per day, I implemented a hydration program that took place 2-times per day. Also, please note the cook always left extra meals in refrigeration so that if any resident requested more than a snack it was available to him or her.

Yes, residents would wonder into others room in the 42-bed Alzheimer's unit. That is what Alzheimer's patients due-it is usually the families that have more of a problem with this, not the resident themselves. After all the secured unit is their home and an unlocked or open door is just a part of it. As far as them being wet-residents were checked on and changed every two-hours and if anyone was seen with a wet or soiled incontinent product, they were taken care of by the staff on duty-no matter what time it was.

Welcome to Florida, we have roaches---and the building had pest control. The issue was brought up to the pest control company and when they could not fix the problem, another company was called in and handled it. You may not realize, but another Florida Law for ALF's is that they must have pest control on a monthly basis, in which we did.

I'm not sure where you have seen "blogging" by me as I do not blog about work, however I am a very qualified person and it is unfortunate that you have such hatred for someone you really do not know at all.

And as far as being called a "scary Person, who should never be left alone with any vulnerable senior citizen",  you make me absolutely sick-you have no business writing these horrible things about me. I have nothing but respect for the elderly-I do not discriminate against them in any way, shape or form-I have always gone above and beyond to help them and their families out, I work from my heart with true compassion.

I look forward to seeing you in court so you may say these things to my face and I may prove to the courts your many lies.
