I went to Clay Cooley thinking I was going to get an honest deal. Boy was I wrong. On October 4, 2007 I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Concorde.Thought all was grand untill they try and make my payments $409.25 And I said no I was told my paymets where going to be around $380. Well I should of gotten a clue when she said well even thought $1000 is a good downpayment how about making it $1100. anyway Picked it up noticed that the Check engine light was on took it back on Saturday the 6th. They tell me it is an O2 sensor and they can't order the parts till the supervisors gets to work on Monday..Ok So I call on Monday the parts have been ordered and it is only supposed to take 10 minutes to fix. Yeah right 2 and half hours later.

So I finally leave get home and it is acting up again so I call the service Manager let him know what is going on. He says bring it back in and we'll look at it.. So I take it back and so this time it is yet another O2 sensor so I leave cause they have to order it. Take it back they change it once again get home and it is still acting up. Call the Service Manager again.

Take it back again and this time it is once again the O2 Sensor but they have to keep it over night so they give me a loaner car which is a POS. So I wait it takes them 2 days to fix go get it and guess what yep u guessed it is still acting up. Go thru the same routine call the service Manager take it back well this time he tells me they thought it was the fuel pump. I am thinking why didnt u fix it in the first place. So I take over there again they give me another POS for a loaner. Well I finally got it back again last Thursday to only get it home and realize that there is still something wrong with it and they don't know what the heck they are doing. So I try and talk to the manager about it and he really doesn't have a clue so I think I will go above his head but to realize that he to is an idiot. Well I told them on Thursday that if I had to bring the car back they where going to keep it.. Guess what I was supposed to get my down payment today and when I call he tells me there is nothing wrong with the car so I go and get it since I am soooooooo stupid. Get over there waiting for the keys as well as a title and he is telling me they r going to fill up the tank. So I walk out there to get in my car and come back to work to find them checking it with the machine. He lied they hadn't even checked to see what was wrong with it on Friday it sat there until I caved and said I was coming back to get it..Long story short I am getting my downpayment back or that's what they tell me..My gut is telling me I got screwed big time, but I will follow up and let u know..

LOL I think it's funny that the employees try to hide their mistakes. I knew people that worked for Clay Cooley and they STILL to this DAY joke about how bad they ripped people off. They would make a car payment $400+ that should have a payment of $200. They raised down payments to get money in their pocket. They said that Clay Cooley said himself that it doesn't matter WHAT the hell you tell them, you can lie, do whatever it takes.. all that matters is you get their signature on that line. That's ALL that matters. They learned a lot while working there, and made money through Clay Cooley's ruthless practices. The car dealership targets those with poor credit and also Mexicans. The customer was right. She knew when she was getting screwed over and this report is so valid. I had the former employee actually read it and he was like "yup, that stuff happened every day"

My advice to the employee, stop trying to cover your a*s. You're just lying.

First off if u knew who I was you would know that it wasn't me who was there it was my sister in law. That is another customer that bought another one of your crap cars. and if you did everything you say you did why was my car in the shop 9 times out of 17 days that I actually had the car? For the other person that you think I am they bought their car a day earlier and only got to drive it one time cause ya'll couldn't fix it either..What are ya'll mad cause you couldn't screw two more people? As times go on we have learned of many moper that Clay Cooley screwed, Oh and yes I didn't get my money back cause you " General Manager" lied and said there was nothing wrong with my car the last time it was there and when I get ready to leave guess what there was a shade tree mechanic out there looking at it cause it hadn't been touched to begin with. I thank my lucky stars that I don't have to ever deal with you people again and trust me when people ask me about it I say don't go see clay...

Calina was refunded the full amount of her down payment as pre-arranged when the car was returned. Unlike other dealers we did try to make the car right and offer other choices of transportation. Calina was even kind enough to return 2 days after her post to attend our annual Haloween party with her children. Thanks for coming out!! From, The idiot who made things right.
