Clear Choice Credit Solutions This so called rip off company stole money from me! St. George Utah
The so called company"clear choice credit solutions" stole money out of my account.What is as bad to me is that my bank just handed over my money and charged me overfdraft fees.My account went into negative balance also.
All "clear choice" needed was my account number and the banks routing number and my bank assumed that I gave "clear choice" permission to remove $239.00 from my account.I blame my bank(Key Bank) for allowing this suspicious transaction to take place. For one thing I did not have eough money in my account to even meet the $239.00 withdrawall.
Why did Key Bank not question weather I had sense enough to know that I did not have suffiscient funds for this transaction and would not have authorized it, having, insufficient funds.This should have been a red flag for Key Bank to inquire further such as calling me to see if I authorized the transaction. They did not. Key Bank handed over my $89.64 driving me into overdraft.
Clear Choice asked for my account number (I gave it to them) and wanted to record me saying that I authorized the withdrawall. I only said let me ask my wife if I should do this. My wife said no! and I said no! Money was taken from my account anyway.
