ordered boxed dvd sets on line. Credit card billed to Holidaysdvd 631 693 4898. Received dvds shipped from China, Damaged, and defective. They are pirate copies not authentic. There are no packing slips or legible return address. Emails go unanswered. The man answering at 631 693 4898 is rude, threatening and unwilling to help even though web site guarantees complete satisfaction. Best advice is to file a complaint to the FBI web site www.ic3.gov and cancel credit card payment.
