i am the sgt. pictured in the report. i have worked for the clinton county sheriff's dept. for 16 years. we were provided a property execution on behalf of c.v.p.h. hospital to levy on mr. roth's business cash register to satisfy a judgement that c.v.p.h had been awarded against him. mr. roth chose not to utilize several legal actions available to him to aviod this proceedure taking place and wishes to place the blame on others nor did he pay the money that c.v.p.h was attempting to collect. i find it humorous that as a business owner he would make public the fact that he does not pay his own finacial obligations.
