CLKBANK.COM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. NO INFO. PROMISES UNLIMITED USAGE FOR 29.99 NOT TRUE Internet
As a mother of 5 children on a limited income I try very hard to make wise purchase decisions. When a strange number called my phone and left no answer, then hung up when I returned call I was curious. My exhusband is currently over 10k in child support arrears and has other warrants out for his arrest.
When I did the free search it told me the number was a mobile number but for the fee of 19.99 + a 9.99 fee I would have unlimited access to information for everything from phone numbers to criminal record searches.
As I would really like to find my ex so justice can be served, I decided that this could be a useful tool. What a disappointment. First, there was NO additional information about the number I entered which the company had indicated more info was available. Second, it was not unlimited at all! As a test drive to see what this company could really do I entered my own mother's telephone number. A number which has been hers for over 20 years. The name they linked to my mother's number was no one we even knew!
This site is totally scamming people. It is unethical and they should be stopped. They can argue "fine print" if they like...but if you have UNLIMITED in big bold letters and promise ADDITIONAL information than that is what you should get.
Not only do I want my money back, I NEED it back. This company should be shut down so no one else can be hurt. My total came to $32.22....that's groceries, that's gas. My family is in no situation to just give away money to a scam site. Like I said originally the only reason I decided to go ahead and "splurge" was the promise of unlimited info and I had hoped to maybe locate more info on the dead beat ex.
