Cloops.com Sells bogus vouchers internet California
I have gone round and round with this company.They make it impossible to contact them using their customer support email and rarely return calls. They will not refund money. I did manage to get a site credit which has proved to be useless since they sell bogus vouchers. They are selling vouchers to companies that never agreed to affiliate with them. I had one vendor tell me they accepted the coupons for a while and Cloops never paid them.
