First, let us apologize if you felt you were high pressured. We are very diligent in letting our guest know that we are NOT a high pressure sales company. We are well aware that our product is not for everyone thus, we accept no just as gracefully as we accept yes. For those people who like the program, can use it and most importantly can afford it, we do put our best foot forward to earn their business and offer extra incentives at the time of the presentation. Most importantly, at the presentation we are able to customize the membership to fit the guest lifestyle thus the reason for the price difference. As far as the prices, we have available for our members some of the best prices in the travel industry, however should you find a better price on the same travel package and occasionally this may happen, you as a member are protected with our price match guarantee please refer to the member kit).

On a final note, we are disappointed we are reading this on line since we do not have any record of you contacting customer service with your dissatisfaction, after looking through our records we are unable to locate any new members by the name you have provided, and we do not have nor have we had any credit card disputes.
