CNAC/Premier Acceptance Rip-off! They repoed my car for repo fees not paid and my car has never been repoed. Indianapolis Indiana
CNAC is a rip off. They repoed my car for repo fees not paid and my car has never been repoed. They repoed my car on Friday and at that time I owed them nothing. When I called them on Monday, they said that my car had been repoed for repoe fees that I had not paid, I asked them how did I have fees when the car had never been repoed. No one could explain it to me.
I had previously talked to my rep and she never mentioned any fees, nor was I made aware of them when I went to make my payment. I asked my rep about how I could end my contract with them and she said I will come and get it now if you want, I told her no, as long as I am making payments, I will keep the car. When I talked to her after the car was repoed she said well, you were tired of it any way, so I Just helped you out.
I also spoke to the manager, and she basically said it was my fault and if I wanted the car back that I needed to do so within ten days. I asked her for a number to customer service or corporate and she told me that she was it, and how dare I complain about the service, when I was wrong.
I have sense contacted the Attorney Generals office, as well as the BBB, I am also retaining counsel. If any one knows who governs this place, please let me know.
